Glenise spent time with the customer and helped them through the auction process visiting them at home on two occasions so they were clear & ready to bid with a game plan on auction. My partner and I looked to buy our first home for just under one year. Within that time we met a lot of agents who underestimated our ability to buy on the Shore, who did not connect with us or who were simply not interested in doing so. Glenise, however, was one of the few agents who not only saw us but also engaged with our story. She encouraged us, was there for every little question we had and was transparent the whole time. In the end, this made all the difference when it came to the auction day – we felt prepared and we felt represented by her.
